How can I set up an appointment and what are your prices?

In order to see what visit times we would have available for you and to receive a price quote, please send us a current picture of your pet(s) along with their approximate weight so we're able to give you the most accurate price quote possible. To check what availability we might have for y’all we would just need to know either your home address or what neighborhood you're in.

Do you groom cats?

We do offer grooming services for cats such as nail clipping, nail cap application, bathing, haircuts, ear cleaning, and brush outs all of which are provided by our cat groomers who all have been working with cats for around 10 years. Cat grooming services do require to have your cat placed in their carrier prior to your groomer arriving for your cat’s safety in transportation to the grooming van for their visit. What is included in your dog grooming services?

All services would include ear cleaning, nail trimming and filing, teeth brushing, anal gland expression, bath with shampoo and conditioner, blow dry, haircut of your choice depending on coat condition or deshedding treatment, sanitary trim and paw pad trim if needed, leave-in spritz conditioner, and complimentary bandanas/bows if you’d like

What is included in your cat grooming services?

All cat grooming services would include ear cleaning, nail trimming, bath, blow dry, brush out, all over haircut or deshedding treatment, leave in spritz conditioner, and complimentary bandanas if you'd like. We are also able to apply nail caps, this would be included in the quoted price given to you if you provide the nail caps or an additional $20 if we provide the nail caps for you.

Do you offer stand-alone services?

We do offer stand-alone nail trimming and filing, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing for dogs and stand alone nail trimming with optional nail cap application for cats, availability for these services would depend on when we are close by to your area, please contact us to see what openings we would have for you.

How does mobile grooming work?

All grooms are mobile, so our groomers will come to you and park in front of your home while grooming. Once your groomer has arrived they will meet you at your door to greet your pet and go over any notes you may have about your pet and to go over the grooming notes for that visit, once everything has been discussed your groomer will take your pet to the grooming van to start their visit. Once they're finished your groomer will then bring your pet back for you to go over how their visit went and they will send you a report card as well for a more in depth overview!

What areas do you service?

We are a mobile groomer based out of Georgetown and we’re able to travel to some surrounding areas as well depending on distance. These areas, depending on distance, would include Liberty Hill, Leander, Cedar Park, Jarrell

Can I book my appointments online?

We are not able to provide online booking as our system we use to schedule our visits isn't able to provide accurate availability for each of our clients. With our groomers traveling to so many different areas throughout their days our system isn't able to calculate in the drive time from one pup's home to the next or be sure to allow for adjustments to the duration of your visit time to accommodate each pet as best we possibly can and be sure we're able to spend as much time as we need with your pet to be sure they're receiving the best possible care from our groomers.

What forms of payment are you able to take?

We’re able to accept payment either through cash, check, Venmo, or by card, whichever is most convenient for you and payment would be due the day your services are completed by 10PM. We do require to keep a backup card on file, but if pay for your visit prior to 10PM the day of your services by cash, check, Venmo or by card, your invoice would immediately be marked as paid so you wouldn't be charged more than once.

Do you require water or electric hookup?

No! Our grooming vans are fully operational all on their own, complete with electricity, air conditioning and heating for the cooler weather, fresh water tanks for water storage, and grooming tables with a ramp for easy access for senior or larger pups to get into the bathing tub. Our vans are built to act as your own personal grooming shop right at your doorstep.

What is your cancellation policy?

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a cancellation fee of $50, this would only be applied to your invoice if you’ve canceled within the 48 hour window prior to your appointment. We ask that if you have any adjustments that need to be made regarding your appointment such as canceling or moving to another date that we have 48 hours notice prior to your appointments so we have time to make those adjustments for you. With rebooking your appointments throughout the year, if we receive multiple cancellations within that 48 hour period we will be forced to remove you from the rebooking schedule to book as needed as to not further disrupt ours and our other client's schedules.

What if my pet is unable to be groomed at the time of their visit?

This could be in cases such as the groomers not having access to your pet or if your pet is feeling too unwell or a bit too anxious for grooming and is in danger of causing themselves any harm. In cases such as these when we’re not able to complete services at the time of your appointment you would not be charged for the services that would have been provided, however, we do have a $60 travel fee that would be applied to the invoice in place of the groom as to accommodate for the travel time, gas, and the time your groomer spent for your scheduled visit.

Are you able to groom my pet even if I'm not home?

Absolutely! This isn't something every client wishes to do, so we are always sure to verify this is something you would be comfortable with and would be expecting prior to your visit. If you’re ever unable to be home during your visit time, you can contact us by text, email, or through the Time to Pet app/website to discuss our turnkey services and we'll be happy to talk with you to see what would work best for you!

How long do different grooming services take?

Grooming times can vary depending on sizing, breed, coat condition, and the temperament of your pets as we always want to be sure your pet is feeling as safe and comfortable as possible throughout their visits with us as to help build a better relationship with them and their trust in us for their future visits as well so we are always sure to accommodate each pet as best as possible and give them the time and attention they need to enjoy their visits with us. Visit times can vary from around an hour for bath and brush services up to about two and a half hours for large breed haircuts, smaller breed haircuts are typically closer to an hour and a half, but these times do vary depending on your pups comfortability levels.

What happens if my groomer's day doesn't run exactly on time?

If your groomer’s arrival time doesn't reflect the time we'd set for your visit we will be sure to communicate that with you ahead of time to be sure and keep you as up to date as possible. With your groomers being mobile, we do sometimes run the risk of getting caught in traffic or having delays due to weather or having special accommodations for the pet just before yours which cause your groomer's schedule to get a bit off track. In these cases, we are always sure to give you notice as soon as possible to be sure that will still work with your schedule.
